PUNE (HAVELINAMA ONLINE) As the heat intensifies day by day and the limbs are losing their limbs, the animals roam in search of food and water. The Green Foundation has taken initiative to provide food and water for such birds.
Founder President Amit Jagtap appealed to the volunteers of the community to support the initiative taken for the birds. Bird lovers were provided with nests, watering cans and grains required for sheltering the birds at various safe places. Nests and watering cans were also set up in their courtyards or where the birds needed them.
Jagtap said that the Green Foundation would be involved in providing food and water to the birds roaming in the yard and in various areas.
As the summer draws to a close, the birds’ ability to find water food will continue until the first deer. If you keep a handful of grains and a bowl of water in the yard every day during these two months, summer will be tolerable.
